Our Complaints Charter is contained within our Care Pack and recognises any expression of dissatisfaction. Full visibility of the process is always available.

Assured's systems ensure day-to-day commitment to our partners with regular audits by supervisors and Directors. We constantly look to business re-engineering to enhance our performance and service delivery for the benefit of policyholder and insurer alike.
Management Information
We appraise ourselves on performance in numerous categories. These tools are paramount in forecasting and achieving the results to maintain our success. We can configure the data fields to produce Management Information that would be advantageous for Service Level compliance.
